How to get Results
Seeing results and alleviating tension and pain is why you have called us and that is our main goal.
Communication is the key when discussing your current condition with us. This will allow your Therapist to compile an effective treatment plan to reduce pain and tension so that your body can feel results.
When scheduling an appointment, common mistakes are made by clients. For example, “I have a sore neck, my lower back is tight, my legs feel stiff and I would like a full body massage – I’ll book for 1 hour”. This is no problem for our Therapists, however you will not achieve the necessary results because your treatment time is not long enough to effectively treat your problem areas.
For an effective 1 hour massage to alleviate pain and tension, we suggest you choose ONLY one to three problem areas. This will allow your Therapist to focus time towards relieving your pain and tension so you can see results fast.
If you have, for example, a sore neck, lower back, legs and wish to have a full body massage, opting for a 1.5 hr or 2 hr massage will allow our Therapists sufficient time to treat these areas effectively.
It’s common after a massage that your Therapist will provide you will some stretches to do during the week, which will also help towards achieving your goal of reducing pain and tension. In addition to this, hot or cold packs may also be advised.
So remember, to see results, choose your problem areas first and do your stretches!

When choosing a Therapist, it’s important to ensure that they are fully Qualified. Good communication with your Therapist is necessary to ensure your Therapist knows what feels best to you, what makes you feel comfortable, and what you expect from the treatment session.
