Ownership
We take full responsibility for, and the initiative to do what’s needed in business and in developing and engaging our team of Massage Specialists. We attract people with this deep sense of ownership. We are rigorous in following the few but important policies and procedures we have. Mostly, however, we provide full mentoring and support, giving our massage therapists the opportunity to achieve great success within the massage industry.

Communication
We understand client communication is vital for conducting results-driven treatments and maintaining satisfied, repeat clientele. Effective communication between team members and mentors is a vital reinforcing tool that impacts the continual growth of knowledge and education within the Massage Specialists group. We treat each other and our differences with a high degree of respect, sharing ideas, failures and successes.

Results
We recruit therapists who have undertaken Nationally Recognised Training and are qualified in providing our clients with the most effective results-driven treatments. Through on-going, continued education and small business training our therapists strive to maintain professional excellence to achieve the clients desired results every time.

Our community is our drive and motivation. We support local groups, organisations, individuals and charities and believe that generosity and dedication is key to developing strong relationships built on trust and loyalty. As we grow our company, we support the community with our contributions.
