Sheree Evans l Remedial Massage Specialists is a Mobile Massage Service, operating from the Gold Coast to Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. We strive on professionalism and are result driven to alleviate pain, aches, muscle stiffness, aid in rehabilitation, provide relief from tension, with Remedial Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, Disability Massage & Relaxation Massage for stress and anxiety – all in the comfort of your own home. We are designed to give you one-on-one attention during your treatment.
Terms and Conditions for Home & Hotel Service
1. Please complete client health history form as this allows your practitioner to prepare for your massage. This is also LEGAL FORM and if a person refuses to fill this form out no massage will take place.
2. Sheree Evans | Remedial Massage Specialists requires payment in full at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations- bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, incur no fee and your money will be refunded in full. In the event that you cancel your massage within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time then Sheree Evans | Remedial Massage Specialists may charge 50% of the amount paid for your massage.
4. Your therapist/practitioner will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time for your massage, to set up and start your massage at the scheduled appointment time.
5. As much as possible we allow ample time for your therapist/ practitioner to travel however, from time to time circumstances out of our control occur that may result in your practitioner arriving late. In the event that your practitioner is held up you will be advised by telephone, and the length of your massage shall commence from the time that you position yourself on the massage table.
6. In the event that your therapist/practitioner arrives at the designated property, and there is no-one home, they will stay for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time for your massage. Ie. If you have booked a perfect partnership for 6.30pm they will stay until 6.40pm (as they would have arrived at 6.20pm to set up for your massage). If you have not arrived within this time frame then you forfeit your massage, and no refund will be paid.
7. In the event that you are running late and are not ready to commence your massage at the scheduled time, your massage will still conclude at the scheduled finish time, to allow our practitioners to care equally for all of our clients.
8. Sheree Evans | Remedial Massage Specialists has a policy that underwear must be worn at all times, throughout the duration of the massage, including the transition of the client onto and off of the massage table.
9. Your Sheree Evans | Remedial Massage Specialists practitioner reserves the right to conclude the massage, and leave the premises immediately if there is any sexual harassment or attempt to breach condition 8 of our terms and conditions. This could result in a police report being filed if the charges are deemed to be of a serious nature.
